Bonus Terms & Conditions

These terms cover every bonus on the site – the welcome offer, free spins, cashback, reloads, and VIP bonuses. Claiming a bonus means you’ve read and accepted what’s here. Individual promotions sometimes come with extra conditions; where they clash with these general rules, the promotion-specific terms win.

The Basics

• Bonuses are for registered users aged 18 and over.
• One welcome bonus per person, household, IP address, or device. That’s it.
• Every bonus has a claim window – miss it and it’s gone.
• We can change, pause, or pull any promotion at any time. We’ll try to give notice, but it’s not always possible.
• If we spot multi-accounting or any other attempt to game the bonus system, the bonuses get cancelled and the account may get closed.

Welcome Bonus

200% deposit match up to $30,000, plus up to 50 Super Spins on Wanted Dead or a Wild. Here’s how it works:

• Minimum deposit to trigger it: $10 in any supported crypto.
• Your first deposit needs to go in within 7 days of signing up.
• Wagering requirement: 60x the bonus amount.
• Bonus funds come through in 10% chunks – each chunk releases once you’ve wagered 6x your initial deposit.
• Super Spins winnings carry a 35x wagering requirement.
• You’ve got 14 days to wager the bonus after it activates. Super Spins must be used within 7 days.
• No promo code needed – the bonus triggers automatically on a qualifying deposit.

How Much Each Game Counts

Not every game moves the wagering needle at the same speed. Here’s the breakdown:

• Slots -100%
• Live casino and game shows – 50%
• Roulette – 5%
• Crash games and dice – 0%
• Everything else – 20%

These rates apply to all active bonuses unless a specific promotion says otherwise.

Cashback

Cashback is worked out on net losses – what you wagered minus what you won – over a set period, usually a week. A few things worth knowing:

• It lands in your account every Monday, wager-free. It goes straight to your withdrawable balance.
• The rate depends on your Coin Club VIP tier – anywhere from 5% up to 25%.
• Cashback only counts real-money play. Wagering bonus funds doesn’t earn cashback.

Free Spins and Super Spins

• Spins are credited to your account and must be used on the game specified, within the stated timeframe.
• Super Spins from the welcome package are worth $4 each.
• Winnings from free spins become bonus funds and need to be wagered – unless the promotion says otherwise.
• Unused spins expire when the validity period ends. They don’t roll over or get reinstated.

Coin Club VIP Bonuses

• Level-up bonuses land automatically when you hit a new Coin Club rank – no need to claim anything manually.
• Coin Club bonus funds and level-up spins can only be used on slots.
• VIP cashback and level-up bonuses are applied to your account without you needing to do anything.
• Your Coin Club status is based on lifetime real-money wagering only. Bonus fund wagering doesn’t count toward your progression.

Withdrawing Bonus Funds

• Once a 10% chunk clears, that money is yours to withdraw whenever you want.
• Funds that haven’t cleared yet can’t be withdrawn – and if you close your account before finishing the wagering, they’re forfeited.
• Try to withdraw before hitting the wagering requirement and you lose all remaining bonus funds. The system is automatic on this one.

Bet Limits While on a Bonus

While you’re working through a bonus, the maximum bet is $5 per round. If a specific promotion sets a different limit, that takes over. Place bets above the cap during active bonus wagering and those bets may be voided – and the bonus cancelled along with them.

Cancellations

If a bonus has been misused or claimed in bad faith, we’ll cancel it. We’ll let you know where we can. Any real-money balance that isn’t tied to the bonus stays yours and remains withdrawable – that part doesn’t get touched.
